True Food Kitchen in Plano, TX is seeking a Line Cook to prep, cook, and plate dishes across multiple stations in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow recipes, portions, and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in a high-volume setting, strong knife skills, and a passion for quality presentation. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant (preferred).
• Exceptional knife skills and recipe execution.
• Passion for great food and quality presentation.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Teamwork, speed, and organization under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and reach and twist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more across stations (Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, Grill).
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations.
