Job summary

Inside & Out Maintenance LLC is seeking an experienced line cook to join our culinary team and prepare meals to our standard recipes.

You will set up the prep station, stock inventory, and maintain sanitation standards while working with the executive chef. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a culinary arts certificate, and at least 1 year of experience, plus strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate in culinary arts or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as line cook or similar.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the prep station and kitchen.

• Ensure food prep and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Clean prep areas and manage leftovers.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
