CULINARY INVESTMENTS is seeking a professional line cook to prepare food to the chef's exact specifications and to set up stations for the menu. The line cook will assist the executive chef with daily tasks, contributing to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

The role requires hands-on cooking, station setup, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen, while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience as line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock stations with supplies.
• Prepare food for service (chopping, butchering, sauces).
• Cook menu items with kitchen staff.
• Follow executive or sous chef's instructions.
• Clean up station and handle leftovers.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure food is produced on time with high quality.
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
