Job summary

Saltedinc is seeking talent for an on-site kitchen role in Chicago. You will prepare and cook items to recipe standards, manage portions and waste, and help maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities include communicating orders to the virtual FOH team and working in a fast-paced delivery-focused restaurant environment. Candidates should have basic knife skills and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
• Solid knife skills and prep work.
• Ability to sauté and cook per recipes.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule: PM shifts. Weekends required.

Hourly Rate: $18-$23
