Job summary

MoonBowls in Chicago is hiring for a PM shift cooking role at our lobby-friendly delivery-first restaurant group. You will prepare and cook items, follow recipes, portion properly, and help control waste while maintaining speed and quality on busy evenings.

We require at least 6 months of kitchen experience and a solid foundation in knife work, prep, and sauté. The role involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with benefits like free meals and opportunities for advancement.
