Salted in Chicago is hiring for a kitchen role with PM shifts and weekend work at 4131 N Rockwell St, Chicago, IL 60618. The position offers an on-site role with pay ranging from $18 to $23 per hour and a focus on consistent food preparation, sanitation, and teamwork.

You will coordinate with our FOH team to relay orders, uphold quality standards, and support career advancement opportunities. A minimum of 6 months kitchen experience, knife prep and sauté skills, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months kitchen experience.
• Foundational kitchen skills including knife prep and sauté.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items consistently according to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food sanitation requirements.
• Communicate customer order information to the virtual FOH team.
