Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related kitchen experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and standards.
• Manage prep, par levels, and line setup.
• Rotate perishables and date food containers.
• Monitor food cost and reduce waste.
• Operate and clean kitchen tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and MSDS/OSHA.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
