Responsibilities

• Rotate per company standards and ensure proper temperatures for perishables.
• Check pars for shift use and determine preparation needs.
• Set up stations and assist in controlling food cost and waste.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen tools and equipment.
• Follow safety standards and wear protective equipment.
