Responsibilities

• Prepare food items of consistent quality following recipe cards and production standards.
• Begin items prepared ahead of time and ensure proper portioning and dating of food.
• Rotate stock, check pars, and set up line with proper equipment and perishables handling.
• Monitor temperatures and sanitation; follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Assist in controlling food cost and minimizing waste per company standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
