Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook to prepare food to specification, rotate stock, and maintain safety and quality on the line. This role requires following recipe cards, controlling portions, and ensuring proper temperatures for perishables.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards.
• Begin food items that are prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to over-prepare estimated needs.
• Date all food containers and rotate per company standards, keeping perishables at proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use and set up line; note shortages and necessary preparation.
