J. Alexander's Restaurant in Naples, FL is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced, scratch-focused kitchen. You will work with prep and expo teams to ensure timely ticketing, proper temperatures, and consistent food quality in an open- kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen with open-kitchen visibility.
• Manage designated ticket orders and ensure proper food temps per company specs.
• Maintain a clean station and workspace and follow sanitation protocols.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
