Qualifications

• 1 yr. kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.

Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure proper food temps and adherence to company specs.
• Maintain clean and organized station and workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team (assembler, expo, management).
• Adhere to proper sanitation protocols and safety standards.
