Job summary

Terrain Café, part of URBN, seeks a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced scratch kitchen in Philadelphia. You will work across sauté, grill and oven stations, maintaining quality, speed, and teamwork during busy service.

We value reliability, stamina, and strong communication; duties include prep, line maintenance, and assisting in training new staff, with URBN-provided benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume or scratch kitchen.
• Comfortable working across sauté, grill, and oven stations.
• Familiarity with salad, prep, and pastry stations is a plus.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables to recipe standards.
• Execute dishes across multiple stations; support others as needed.
• Maintain station cleanliness, stock and organization for service.
• Follow safety, FIFO, and sanitation protocols.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Communicate with BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service.
