Job summary

Terrain Café, a garden-to-table restaurant, seeks a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-paced scratch-kitchen team. This role emphasizes precision, speed, and cross-station work across Sauté, Grill and Oven, with support for Salad, Pastry, and Prep as needed.

You will maintain orderly stations, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with BOH/FOH to deliver exceptional guest experiences, backed by URBN benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years high-volume or scratch kitchen experience.
• Able to work across sauté, grill and oven stations.
• Strong communication and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables to recipe and plating standards.
• Execute dishes across multiple stations with speed and precision.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized stations.
• Follow food safety protocols and FIFO rotation.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Assist in other kitchen roles when trained.
