URBN's Shop 543 in Philadelphia is seeking a disciplined Line Cook to join a chef-driven kitchen overlooking the Delaware River. The role features a Monday–Friday AM shift with a focus on high standards across eight lunch stations from pizza to sushi.

You will master Sauté, Grill, and Oven stations, collaborate with Salad, Pastry, and Prep teams, and ensure flawless execution, portion control, and presentation under high volume.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment.
• Advanced knife skills and broad cooking techniques.
• Capable of staying composed in fast-paced service.
• Reliable with punctual attendance and professional conduct.
• Able to stand long hours, work in varied temperatures, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafood, and produce to exact recipe specs and plating.
• Manage multiple stations: Sauté, Grill, and Oven, with cross-functional support.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation during busy services.
• Keep stations organized, sanitized, and compliant with FIFO and temperature logs.
• Communicate clearly with Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
