Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a skilled line cook to join our culinary team in a luxury hotel setting. You will contribute to prep, plating, and presentation for our diverse menus.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food safety standards, learning daily features, and collaborating with teammates to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Experience in the culinary field is an asset; diploma or certification is nice to have.

Qualifications

• Experience in the culinary field is an asset.
• Diploma / Certification in a Culinary discipline is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
• Kitchen cleaning and maintenance, following safety requirements
• Prepare and serve all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, equipment
• Know menu items, daily features and promotions
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned
