Qualifications

• Two years cooking experience in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of cooking fundamentals, sauces, stocks, and recipe execution.
• Understanding of sanitation, food safety standards, and Health Department requirements.
• Basic math skills for recipe preparation and portioning.
• Clear communication in English and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily requisitions for food, ingredients, and kitchen supplies.
• Cook menu items according to recipes and guest requests.
• Use high-quality ingredients meeting freshness and presentation standards.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, rotation, and handling of perishables.
• Keep workstations, refrigeration, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and support the culinary team during service.
