Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Cook 3 to support our culinary team as an entry-level prep cook. You will prepare ingredients, maintain workstations, follow recipes, and contribute to exceptional dining experiences for guests.

This role offers development in a luxury hospitality setting with a talented team. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic culinary knowledge, with at least one year of kitchen experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary education preferred.
• Minimum one year of culinary school or related kitchen experience recommended.
• Proficient knife skills and ability to operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards.
• Complete mise en place and set up kitchen stations for service.
• Assist with advance food preparation and manage production levels.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment and follow safety practices.
• Monitor storage, labeling, rotation, and inventory to minimize waste.
