Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a full-time, non-exempt cook to prepare high-quality foods in a fast-paced environment on-site in Snoqualmie, WA.

• Knowledge of kitchen procedures, recipes, and food handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, quantity, consistency and timeliness of food preparation.
• Follow recipes and standards for portion control and presentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and maintain sanitation and storage practices.
• Assist with outlet setup/teardown and daily kitchen tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
