Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Line Cook Hawks Peak to prepare high-quality dishes and deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will maintain a clean, organized kitchen and work in a fast-paced environment to meet service standards.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers starting pay of $21.91 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, free meals, parking, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high prep standards.
• Working knowledge of common kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain quality, quantity, and timeliness of food production across dishes.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures and proper storage.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized and comply with health regulations.
• Follow recipes, cooking times, and temperatures to ensure consistency.
