Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a full-time line cook to prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will work varied shifts including weekends, ensuring timely, consistent portions and presentation in line with menu standards.

Qualifed candidates have at least two years in buffet or quick-service cooking and can safely handle kitchen equipment while following recipes to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Two years of quantity, buffet or quick-service cooking experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality, quantity, consistency and timeliness of food preparation.
• Follow established procedures/recipes to ensure quality presentation and portion control.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and standards from memory.
• Follow proper food handling procedures for storage, rotation, sanitation and cross‑contamination prevention.
• Follow recipes, times and temperatures to produce high-quality, consistent products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
