Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a full-time Cook to join our busy kitchen, producing high-quality meals with strong attention to timing and presentation. You will work with the Sous Chef to train prep and line cooks and ensure consistent standards across cooks and stations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (RED/FHD acceptable).
• Two years of high-volume cooking experience.
• Lead Cook probationary exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, quantity, consistency, and timeliness of all kitchen food production.
• Maintain presentation, portioning, garnishes, and substitutions per standards.
• Train prep and line cooks in procedures and recipes.
• Enforce proper food handling, storage rotation, and sanitation to prevent cross-contamination.
• Follow recipes, timing, and temperatures to produce high-quality products.
• Prepare items needed for shift operations and stock the station.
