Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a kitchen crew member to assist in daily food preparation, production, outlet setup and teardown. The role emphasizes adhering to Snoqualmie Casino procedures for sanitation and safety while ensuring quality and timely service.

The position requires strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment, with a swing shift that includes weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package available after the probation period.

Qualifications

• Proven working knowledge of kitchen measurements and knife cuts.
• Proven working knowledge of kitchen design and the operations of grills, roast-and-hold ovens, conventional and convection ovens, fryers, etc.
• Proficient kitchen knife skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality, quantity, consistency and timeliness of food preparation.
• Ensure quality food presentation and proper portioning per recipe standards.
• Adhere to kitchen procedures for storage, sanitation and cross-contamination prevention.
• Follow recipes, times and temperatures to produce high quality products.
• Other duties as assigned.
