Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, quantity, consistency and timeliness of food preparation.
• Follow recipes for quality presentation and portion controls; use garnishes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items from memory.
• Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, storage and theft prevention.
• Follow recipes and temperatures to produce high-quality products.
• Other duties as assigned.
