Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Proven experience as a line cook or similar culinary role with solid cooking techniques and food safety knowledge.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining kitchen equipment listed above.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support staff and service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and efficiency.
