Soho House is hiring a Line Cook II to maintain two kitchen stations, ensuring seamless prep and the execution of menu items from prep to plate. You will support Senior Chefs, thrive under pressure, and contribute to high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
• Strong understanding of professional cooking and knife-handling skills.
• Food handler’s certificate.
• Proactive ability to build professional relationships with leaders and kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Learn ingredients on all menu items and produce consistent, quality dishes on two stations.
• Assist with prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory as needed.
• Prepare items in pantry, fry station, and other kitchen areas while adhering to allergy requests and specific dish alterations.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs to ensure cost-effective, high-quality dishes.
• Assist with inventory to support sustainable food costs.
• Set up stations according to guidelines and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Execute production and a-la-carte dishes, including team meals and weekend specials.
• Support with pre/post-service meetings and mentor newer team members.
