Job summary

Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook II at our Norman, OK location. You will prep and cook menu items to recipe standards, uphold safety and sanitation, and work closely with the service team to ensure timely, accurate plates for guests.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of line cook experience, a guest-focused mindset, and strong teamwork. 18+ with required Food Handler Certification; availability for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely.
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures.
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
