Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook who is passionate about ingredients, food quality, and guest experiences. You will follow prep recipes, uphold safety standards, and work with the team to deliver fresh, high-quality dishes.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of line or prep cook experience, are 18+, and can communicate effectively under pressure. Expect a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age with Food Handlers Certification where required.
• Able to follow uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Team player with strong communication under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking menu items according to recipes.
• Minimizing food waste by proper portions and ticket accuracy.
• Partnering with the service team to ensure timely delivery.
• Adhering to all health department procedures.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, stocked station before, during and after shifts.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
