Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is hiring a Line Cook to prepare delicious menu items and uphold our quality standards. You will follow prep and recipe specs, work with the service team to serve guests promptly, and maintain a clean, safe station throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience, is 18 or older with a Food Handlers certification where required, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Must comply with uniform standards.
• Must deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook all menu items per recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste with proper portions and accurate tickets.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure timely, fresh delivery.
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
