Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc./Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prep and cook menu items per recipes, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and partner with the service team to deliver fresh, timely meals to guests.

Requirements include at least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience and 18+ years old with Food Handlers certification as required. Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays is needed.

• Respect uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and ticket accuracy.
• Coordinate with service team for timely, accurate dishes.
• Follow health department procedures and sanitation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
