Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

You will prep and cook menu items according to recipes, maintain high food quality, and work with the service staff to deliver fresh, timely meals to guests. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience, is 18+ with Food Handlers Certification, and can work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Comply with uniform standards and company policies.
• Able to create a memorable guest experience and work well in a team.
• Strong communication with management, team members and guests.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook all menu items per recipes and standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and minimizing ticket errors.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure accurate, fresh, timely food delivery.
• Adhere to health department procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
