Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook II to join a high-volume kitchen and deliver high-quality meals with precision and care. You will independently manage stations, prepare items to standard, and work with the culinary team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to obtain required certifications.
• High school diploma preferred; culinary training is a plus.
• Experience with high-volume service in hotels, casinos, or restaurants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items per recipes and standards.
• Set up, operate, and break down cooking stations.
• Coordinate timing to ensure fast, consistent service.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and proper storage.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock and issues.
• Support opening/closing and training of team members.
