Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook to join our full-service kitchen. You will prepare and cook menu items to meet recipes and quality standards, while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and maintain high guest satisfaction. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a background check and obtain a Gaming License if applicable.
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to kitchen management.
• Assist with menu development, special events, and catering functions as needed.
• Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors to meet guest expectations.
