Main Event is seeking a Line Cook II at our Thornton, CO location to prepare high-quality menu items and support a fast-paced kitchen team. You will follow recipes, maintain a clean and safe station, and ensure accurate portions for timely guest service.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months line cook experience, are 18+, and hold a Food Handler’s Certification. Be ready to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Must be 18+ years old; Food Handlers Certification.
• Follow uniform standards at all times.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, stocked station before, during and after shifts.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Minimize food waste by accurate portions and ticket accuracy.
• Communicate with expo and service team to ensure timely delivery.
