True Food Kitchen in Denver is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. You’ll prep, cook, and plate delicious dishes across stations like Pantry, Pastry, Pizza, Wok, Sauté, or Grill.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in a high-volume restaurant, exceptional knife skills, and a passion for great food and presentation. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay organized under pressure is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare starters, entrées, pizzas, and more
• Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
