Global Partners LP is seeking a Line Cook 2 for Alltown Fresh in Waterbury, CT to prep ingredients and support the culinary team with care, using locally sourced items to deliver consistent quality. This hands-on role emphasizes food safety, allergy awareness, and hospitality.

You will work with modern equipment to wash, chop, and portion vegetables and meats, label and stock items, assist in training new cooks, and communicate inventory needs to the Chef to ensure smooth service; flexible hours

Qualifications

• Basic knife and food preparation skills.
• Awareness of allergens and safe food handling.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep, label, and stock ingredients while maintaining an organized workspace.
• Prepare sauces or accompaniments as needed.
• Assist in training new culinary hires and communicate with Chef.
