Coury Hospitality in Oklahoma City seeks a Cook II – Line Cook to join our featured kitchen team. You will station set-up, follow recipes, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and assist with banquet prep when required.

We require at least two years in a full-service kitchen; fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred. You will work with a variety of meats and seafood, operate standard kitchen equipment, and contribute to cost control and quality.

Formación

• Two years of culinary experience in a full-service kitchen.
• Fine dining or luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and measure ingredients.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up, clears and breaks down work station.
• Prepares menu items according to recipes and portion sizes.
• Cooks foods using roasting, broiling, baking, frying, steaming or stewing.
• Maintains sanitation and safety procedures.
• Assists with banquet preparation.
