• Prepare the next day’s work according to prep schedule; assist in inventory as required.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in kitchen areas; report unsafe equipment.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Know menu items and preparation methods; ensure portion control and consistency.
• Attend training/meetings and perform duties as requested by management.
