Coury Hospitality in Oklahoma City is seeking a Cook III to join our culinary team. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items at your kitchen station, and help maintain a clean, organized work area while following standardized recipes and production records.

The role requires at least one year of kitchen experience, strong knife skills, food safety knowledge, and the ability to work well under pressure with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• One year of previous food preparation or professional kitchen experience.
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and maintain production records.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Good knife skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items at assigned kitchen station.
• Set up, maintain, and break down workstation per standards.
• Follow recipes, production records, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize storage, tools, and floors during shift.
• Mentor and support fellow Kitchen Curators.
