Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Line Cook II to deliver consistently high-quality dishes. You will follow recipes, maintain organized stations, and uphold food-safety standards in a fast-paced, union-represented kitchen.

This role requires 1–3 years line cook experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to secure required licenses. You will join a team that values collaboration, precision, and guest-focused hospitality in a vibrant casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts courses or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of line cook experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by MLGCA or Live operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items and maintain proper temperatures.
• Season and garnish food.
• Prepare soups and sauces.
• Keep cooking area clean and orderly.
• Maintain inventory and order food items daily.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.
• Other duties as assigned.
