Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Culinary arts courses or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years experience as a line cook, preferably in an Asian restaurant.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.

Responsibilities

• Produce from standardized recipes.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly.
• Ensure stations are prepared to meet anticipated levels of business for the day, assist fellow staff when needed.
• Accomplish daily cleaning duties following sanitation guidelines.
• Handle high volume cooking and plating while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with kitchen personnel to ensure high quality food, timeliness, proper handling, and sanitation.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure employee safety.
• Work under supervision of culinary management team.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
• Interact directly with guests occasionally.
• Adhere to appearance standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism reflecting brand and company values.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
