Responsibilities

• Learn ingredients on all menu items and produce consistent dishes across two stations.
• Assist with prep, kitchen maintenance, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare pantry and fry items while adhering to allergy requests.
• Prepare all items as directed, following safety, sanitation and handling procedures.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation specifications to ensure quality and cost control.
• Assist with inventory to support sustainable food costs.
• Set up stations according to guidelines and maintain a clean, stocked work area.
• Produce line items and assist with weekend feasts and team meals.
• Support senior chefs during pre and post-service meetings and training.
