Job summary

We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Cook I to join the Golf Food & Beverage team. The position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and is Regular Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include preparing menu items to set standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting prep work in both the Saguaro Grille and main kitchen. A Food Service Workers License is required.

Qualifications

• Food Service Workers License required.
• Ability to prepare menu items to standard specifications.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items at the Saguaro Grille and assist in main kitchen prep.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, coolers and storage areas.
• Provide excellent guest service and uphold kitchen standards.
• Assist with inventory, rotation and ensure invoices are accurate.
