Job summary

Papago Golf Course, part of Troon, is seeking a Line Cook to support the Chef/Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations at our Phoenix property. You will prepare items for all food outlets, follow standard recipes, and assist with inventory and sanitation to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires 1–2 years cooking experience, a High School diploma, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. We offer healthcare benefits and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cooking experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Lead Line Cook experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all outlets on the property.
• Performs standard recipes while preparing items.
• Conducts monthly food/supplies inventory with the Chef/Kitchen Manager.
• Maintains equipment with proper use and sanitation.
• Cleans and stores food production and storage areas.
• Preps and serves food in accordance with health regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
