Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Six months cooking experience is preferred.
• Must provide or obtain a Food Handlers certification upon hire.
• Ability to operate standard cooking equipment listed (steamer, slicer, buffalo chopper, broiler, salamander).

Responsibilities

• Prepares all menu items to specified standards and handles customer requests.
• Adheres to safety and cleanliness standards per OSHA and guidelines.
• Stocks stations and maintains daily prep levels.
• Cleans station and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
