Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to prepare menu items to recipe standards, maintain a clean station, and uphold safety and sanitation.

You'll work with a service team to ensure accuracy and freshness, handle opening/closing duties, and contribute to a fun, guest-focused experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age with Food Handlers Certification if required.
• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is essential; communicate well with others.
• Attention to detail; work effectively under pressure.
• Communicate with Management, Team Members and Guests.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards daily.
• Prep and cook all menu items per recipes and quality standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and accurate tickets.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure fresh, timely delivery.
• Follow health department procedures and safety rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain station.
• Open, mid-day or close duties as assigned.
