Dave & Buster's is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality menu items and uphold safety and sanitation standards. You will follow recipe specs, work with the service team to deliver fresh, correctly prepared dishes, and maintain a clean, stocked station throughout shifts.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Teamwork is essential and guest-centric service is emphasized.

Responsabilidades

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and avoiding ticket errors.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely, fresh, accurate dishes.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean station.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
