Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality menu items while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will follow our prep recipes, work with the service team to ensure fresh, accurate dishes, and maintain a clean, well-stocked station.

Responsibilities include daily cooking, portion control, and adherence to health department guidelines. Availability for day/evening shifts and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth and training provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Must comply with company uniform standards.
• Must create a memorable guest experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with management and guests.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Help minimize food waste by proper portions and avoiding ticket errors.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure timely, accurate food delivery.
• Adhere to all health department procedures and company safety rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, stocked station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
