Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required along with thorough knowledge of cooking techniques.
• 4-5 years of experience in food preparation is preferred.
• Must understand and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties to prepare and cook food, and displays/plates foods as venue requires such as sauces, soups, and other foods of medium and higher complexity.
• Provides instruction and guidance as necessary to Cook IIs and IIIs and maintains a clean food preparation area.
• Maintains walk-in coolers in accordance with Will County Department of Health Standards.
• Communicates with guests, colleagues, and management in a polite, professional manner and always practices Red Carpet Service training.
• Opens assigned outlets in a timely fashion as instructed by a Chef.
