Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 years related experience.
• Ability to pass culinary knowledge test.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Must qualify for required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers and vendors.
• Cook and prepare food including cutting, trimming, slicing, mixing, and cooking.
• Follow food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products.
• Maintain freshness and proper temperatures of food items.
• Ensure supplies are stocked for the next shift and assist other venues as needed.
• Operate the POS system and adhere to company policies.
